  • Mid Morning: Fruit
  • Lunch: Veggies + Chaas
  • Evening: Fruit
  • Dinner: Gheeya Stuffed Oat Bran Roti + Veggies
  • Post Dinner: Turmeric Milk

 

Day 3:

  • Early Morning: Amla and Alovera with Water
  • Breakfast: Corn Daliya
  • Mid Morning: Fruit
  • Lunch: Paneer Salad
  • Evening: Fruit
  • Dinner: Veg Stuffed Oat Bran Roti + Veggies
  • Post Dinner: Turmeric Milk

 

Day 4:

  • Breakfast: Chickpea Salad
  • Mid Morning: Fruit
  • Lunch: Red Rice + Gheeya Raita + Veggies
  • Evening: Fruit
  • Dinner: Brocolli Soup + Cucumber Salad
